ORDER PROCESS TIME
All orders placed before 12pm (paris time) on business days will be shipped by end of day. All orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped by the end of the following business day. If the order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on the first business day, Monday.
After placing your order on www.NatchiBeauty.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number.
SHIPPING ORDER
France & EU
If the order is placed before 12pm the shipment of your Natchi products will be by the end of day. If shipped after 12pm your order will be shipped out the following business day. If you chose priority delivery, your package will be processed and shipped within the business day of your order if placed before 12pm, or the next business day if placed after 12pm (except weekends, order will be processed on Monday.)
We offer free standard shipping in France. Express shipping is at an extra cost.
International

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can only be returned if purchased from www.natchibeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your package. To request for a refund or an exchange, items must be unopened, and in their original condition. Sale items cannot be returned. Request a return label by contacting us: info@natchibeauty.com We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit.
