Order processing time
Orders placed before 12pm (Paris time) on business days ship by end of day. Orders placed after 12pm are processed and shipped by the end of the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday.
After placing your order at natchibeauty.com, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification email with your tracking number.

France & EU
Same processing cutoff (12pm Paris time) applies. Priority delivery follows the same cutoff logic. Standard shipping is free within France; express shipping is available at extra cost.

International
We ship globally, same processing cutoff applies. If you have any trouble ordering to your country, contact us at info@natchibeauty.com.
